Excessive Force Lawsuit
Raybin & Weissman recently filed a federal lawsuit on behalf of their client alleging excessive force. The suit alleges that Cheatham County Sheriff Deputies repeatedly Tased their client while he was restrained in a restraint chair and unable to resist.
After he was released from jail, their client had dozens of Taser burns throughout his body. The incident and the lawsuit were recently covered by News Channel 5 Investigates with Ben Hall.
