Jennette Lawsuit Alleges Inmate Killed by Excessive Force
Firm attorneys David Weissman and Ben Raybin, along with attorney Rob Gritton, have filed a lawsuit which has recently received extensive local and national news coverage.
The following is a statement regarding the case:
Our thoughts are with Mr. Jennette’s three daughters who suffered the loss of their father. Our lawsuit alleges Mr. Jennette died because he was subjected to excessive force in violation of his constitutional rights, and that the law enforcement agencies failed to provide proper training on how to restrain an inmate without killing him. We are prevented by the local rules of court from commenting further, but we look forward to pursuing justice on behalf of Mr. Jennette’s family.
