Dedicated Nashville Personal Injury Attorney
Ashley, originally from Memphis, began working for Raybin & Weissman in August 2009 as a receptionist while in her first year of law school at Nashville School of Law. Within a year of joining the firm, she became the legal assistant for Personal Injury Attorney, David Weissman – a position she held until she graduated law school in 2013.
This is also when she fully developed a passion for personal injury law. After passing the bar in 2013, Ashley was hired as an associate for the firm where she focuses on Nashville personal injury law.
In her practice at the firm, Ashley has represented many clients involved in motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, trip and falls, pedestrian accidents and trucking accidents. In her young career, Ashley has already tried several jury trials by herself and has sat second chair for several as well.
Her hard work and dedication to her clients has gained recognition in the legal community and can been seen most recently when she was appointed to the Board of Governors for the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association.
Prior to law school, Ashley received her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Rhodes College in Memphis. While at Rhodes, she was a student-athlete as well as a student trainer. She holds several school records in basketball and had an opportunity to play basketball overseas in Iceland after graduating; however, she turned down this opportunity to pursue her dream of becoming an attorney.
Outside of the office, Ashley loves cheering on the Green Bay Packers as well as playing sports. She loves her dogs-Lexi, Bentley and Kingston and is enjoying being a newlywed to her husband Zac.
